Sales personnel e-mail us a picture or two of the business entrance so we can put it on the homepage for the client. After we build the layout you then offer the sites temporary internet address to entice their interest and solidify your scheduled appointment you make in the sales calendar. Once prospects view the clarity and features of the site through our corporate sales teams presentation of the interface, it sells itself and the walk through seals the deal when they see everything the custom interface offers.


Never discuss price with prospects!

If asked about price always answer with "That's a good question, our web specialist will go over pricing according to your needs at the time scheduled! If asked anything else about the site always respond with this same answer. Discussing price is a bad idea until perceived value of the product has been established and obtained, besides clients needs have not been clearly established. 15 to 20 minutes before the three way call scheduled for the client, our corporate team then calls you to discuss your prospects needs then transfers the client into the three way call. Introduce your prospect to our webmaster sales specialist, they're experts at creating a sense of urgency and value. Your job at this time is then over. Now comes complete silence! You just listen in and don't interfere or interrupt your specialists process.  It breaks the flow of our pros and the clients presentation.

Like everyone, probably including yourself. People like to feel they're being listened too. Listen well, and take notes about your prospects needs. We need fresh information about your prospect as this provides corporate with the information needed to close the sale. Get us all the information you can about their interests and specific needs they're looking for in a website and inform us with your notes in the 15 to 20 minute time frame with your specialist before we call in your prospect. To build the site we need your prospects complete business name including, their first and last name, their city and state, zip, street address, and e-mail. The e-mail helps but is not a requirement as many don't freely give there email.

All appointments must be solidified!

Training is provided for qualified reps to use sales scripts! If you're a stay at home mom you can call local businesses with the scripting your provided once your qualified. Actually the methods used above are very proven to work in the field and over the phone. When qualified you receive the sales scripts for phone use but you must be certain the customer will set a solid appointment date and time with all the decision makers of the company present. Make sure the person you discuss business with is the owner or their Representative qualified to purchase the platform. More in detail during training once qualified.
